Job Description
The Web System Engineer plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems that integrate multiple components and technologies. This position requires a collaborative spirit and the ability to communicate effectively with other departments to develop products focused on optimal user experience. Additionally, we seek experienced professionals who can ‘mentor’—help team members grow—rather than merely ‘assist,’ which only solves immediate problems. Our goal is to provide team members with reassurance through genuine development, rather than just adapting to assigned tasks.

• Participate in the design, development, and operation of company projects
• Maintain and improve existing systems
• Ensure project timelines, continuously learn and explore new technologies
• Collaborate and coordinate effectively with other departments during product development

Requirements

• The applicant has at least 2 years of experience in real-world projects in the field of web development.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following technologies:
  – Backend: PHP (FuelPHP), Python (FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript
  – Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript (VueJS)
  – Database: PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis
  – Server: AWS, Linux
  – Development tools: Git, Bitbucket Pipelines, Docker
• Proactive and supportive attitude towards colleagues
• English: Ability to read and understand technical documentation (speaking is a big plus)
• Japanese: JLPT N3 or higher is an advantage
