Job Description
The UXA team is responsible for testing through close collaboration with the Dev team to pursue better user experiences (UX) for our systems.

• Identify expected UX for features through active discussion with the Dev team.
• Design test cases to ensure both code quality and intended user experience.
• Execute tests from the perspective of end users.
• Propose improvements based on your own insights to enhance UX.

Requirements

• Excellent and professional communication skills
• Proficiency and patience in reading and writing documentation
• Patience when using computers and smartphones to perform testing activities
• Ability to analyze user behavior to improve UI/UX design is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma) is an advantage
• Understanding of, or interest in, automated testing and tools like Cypress is an advantage
